MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE: Licensed real estate agents at any experience level who are, for whatever reason, unable to work full time in the business, may sign on as Marketing Representatives. Click on "Marketing Reps" for more information.
INTERN: The Rex Downing & Associates Internship Program provides promising college students and recent graduates the hands on experience they need to establish a career in Real Estate, Marketing/PR or a related field. Internships are unpaid; however, once an intern receives a real estate license, he/she is eligible for referral fees on closed transactions. To learn more, click on "Internships."
